The Greenwich Pipe Band
The Greenwich Pipe Band has been thrilling audiences since 1982, and we even boast some original members!
Audiences love us, from parades to weddings and parties all over Fairfield and Westchester counties. We have a great, family-oriented atmosphere where we love to bring celtic music to all.
The Greenwich Pipe Band, led by Pipe Major Gregor MacIntyre and Drum Major/Band Manager John Halpin, has been spreading their love of Celtic music at events in Greenwich and other Fairfield county towns for more than 35 years.

We’re always looking for students
If you’ve ever wanted to learn the pipe or drums, please come to a band practice.
We welcome anyone to come down to Christ Church to watch practice on most Monday nights. We provide free lessons to pipers and drummers, and have successfully taught many people to play in our friendly atmosphere. Practice is at 7:30 p.m. on Monday nights. We’re easy to find – Christ Church is located at 254 E. Putnam Ave, Greenwich, CT 06830. Park in the large parking lot closest to the traffic light, enter the building through the set of 4 doors and listen for the sound of the pipes.
